$5 Workouts? Hell yeah!
Whether your plans are to have a quiet weekend or an adventurous one, Sweaturdays are the perfect way to start!
During these sessions you can expect:
• Gratitude and some positive chat
• Body weight movements (no equipment used) such as push-ups, squats, sit-ups, and maaaaybe like one or two burpees
• Different options for different fitness levels
• Guidance and education around technique
• An environment to meet some rad new ladies
• Great jokes and dance moves from the trainer
Ideal for anyone wanting to test out Body Love Bootcamps and do something different from their normal routine.
