Self- Love Workshop
Our workshops are up there with our favourite things host, it is a great opportunity to connect on another level with the ladies in your community as we learn about our own doubts, fears , and insecurities in a trustworthy and respected environment. Body Love's signature Self Love workshop aims to instil a level of acceptance and confidence within yourself while providing you with the tools to ask for more in your life. We can promise you it will be two hours well invested.

Sweat session: Intro to Crossfit
CrossFit; varied and functional movement performed at a high intensity (or not sometimes, haha).
Never did a burpee in your life? Don't know what people mean when they talk about a "WOD"? Intrigued to see what its all about? Join Dan and Courtney; CrossFit coaches, and Abbey; a CrossFit enthusiast for a introductory/ beginners session at AndFit CrossFit. "CrossFit is literally the easiest place to start your fitness journey, because everything is completely scalable".
This session is for females only, of any fitness level, so please don't be scared. Come along and join in the fun. You never know, you might just LOVE it!
