So what are Body Love Bootcamps?

Bootcamps can be intimidating and gyms are full of strangers, unwanted judgements and machines that you don't know how to use. Body Love Bootcamps want to support women who are looking to build a healthy mind and body, have fun and feel comfortable in their environment. At Body Love Bootcamps it's not ALL about getting fit, we also like to try new things, meet new people and have a laugh while we're at it. BLNZ is more than just a Bootcamp. It has impacted my entire outlook on life, I am feeling more like myself than ever and that I will never go back to how I used to be.

What if I'm not fit enough?

Everybody has to start somewhere and for the majority of women that came along, they weren't fit - just brave, and now 6, 12, 18 weeks on, they are giving the coach a run for her money!! The workouts are tough but we will always cater to anyone struggling or injured, we understand how it feels to come last or feel like you're not doing something right so we do our very best to support you in feeling comfortable. 

I love a challenge and Courtney was pushing me to the limit of my physical abilities. She made me realise that there was so much more in me than I ever knew... (before BLNZ if someone had said I could do 50 push ups in a row I would have laughed in their face!)

Bootcamps are not for me..

Don't be put off by the word bootcamp and what you think it means. I can assure you there's no yelling or strict rules (there will be push ups though). Bootcamp is just another term for group training.

So what's included?

Along with the two one hour workouts per week, members will also receive weekly Love Letters, have access to our online community and meet new friends to hang out and go on awesome adventures with!

10 Week Body Love Bootcamp

 

10 Weeks starting on the 28th of June running until the 5th of September.

Three packages for you to choose from:

Light: This is the once a week option. For $149 you get one session per week (it can be any day you choose and this day can change from week to week if that suits you better). You receive the weekly Body Love Letter plus access to our private community.

OG: This is the twice a week option. For $249 you get two sessions per week. You receive the weekly Body Love Letter plus access to our private community.

Body Loved Up: This is also a twice a week option with the added bonus of your own personal workout program to work on outside of the sessions (in the gym or/and at home). For $315 you get two sessions per week. You receive the weekly Body Love Letter, plus access to our private community. 

There will be three groups to choose from:

1. Tawa (Tawa Intermediate School): Monday and Wednesdays from 6-7pm. Designed for all fitness levels.
2. CBD Early Birds (Frankitts Park): Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6-7am. Designed for all fitness levels.
4. CBD (Frankitts Park): Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. Designed for all fitness levels.

16 spots per group.

Payment Options: For the 'Light' and 'OG' options, all that needs to be paid is the $49 deposit and the remaining amount just needs to be paid before the 18th of August. For the 'Body Loved Up' option, $115 deposit needs to be paid and then the remaining amount needs to be paid before the 18th of August.

What do I need? A willing attitude, a journal, and preferably a yoga mat (you won't regret investing in one from Lululemon I promise!!)
